Webcast: Transition for All Ages

Dorinda Rife, Superintendant of Programs and Services at Perkins School for the Blind, presents a webcast on transition children and youth who are blind or visually impaired, including those who are deafblind or who have multiple disabilities.  This webcast discusses ways to encourage students to engage in functional activities and community participation from a very young age.
